The International Association of IT Asset Managers’ 2-Day CSAM Certification Course is designed for those individuals with little prior experience in the field of Software Asset Management. Upon completion of the 2-day course, trainees are given a review followed by testing to become Certified Software Asset Managers. Upon passage of the course testing program, the trainee will be awarded full CSAM Certification. The certification test is given on the afternoon of the 3rd day for those wishing to gain certification.
