Maximize your investment in IAITAM membership by announcing your participation in the association by taking the following steps: 

• IAITAM Website Presence -   IAITAM lists all provider members on the public area of the IAITAM website, with a link to your website.  If you would like the link to go to a page other than your home page, please let IAITAM know as soon as possible.  
   
• IAITAM Provider Member logo - You are permitted to post the IAITAM Provider Member logo on your website while you are a Provider Member.  Please contact IAITAM for the official Provider Member IAITAM logo if you have not yet received it.  IAITAM Logo’s should be linked to the IAITAM homepage – www.IAITAM.org
   
• Your Corporate Logo - Your company’s logo is requested in high resolution .jpg format (at least 300 bpi).  This logo will be used on promotional materials as an added value.  At least once per year, Provider Member logos will be published in the ITAK Magazine at no charge, in a specialty advertisement thanking IAITAM’s Provider Members.
   
• Press Announcement – IAITAM offers new Provider Members the opportunity to be featured in the IAITAM weekly newsletter for joining the organization.  Subsequent announcements, product marketing or sales campaigns can be promoted through the newsletter at any time based on the space availability on a given week.  To be featured in an IAITAM news release, you must provide a message that is an overview of your organization and if you wish, you may provide a marketing message or promotion within the body of the text that your organization wants to get out to the membership.  As the Provider, you will write the overview and IAITAM will review the materials and approve before posting.  Postings should all be sent to Lynne Weiss at lweiss@iaitam.org.
   
• Provider Member Contacts -   Requests for information about your company, questions that are in your company’s area of expertise, marketing and sales opportunities will be directed to the Provider Member marketing contacts.  These marketing contacts can be in addition to the employees that are identified as requiring member access to the IAITAM website.  It is advisable to have two marketing contacts as some items require immediate action.
   
• Brochures and Conference-Type Goodies – Provider Member materials are exclusively distributed in the IAITAM classrooms across the world.  This program has been very well received, as attendees are often searching for new ways to improve their business practices and to build alliances with the vendors that serve the profession.  It is recommended that you send materials on at least a quarterly basis.  Send brochures, CDs, or other marketing materials collated for distribution to:
