IAITAM 2008 Annual Conference & Exhibition Schedule October 15-17

Register Now for the IAITAM 2008 Annual Conference & Exhibition
*CITAM, CSAM and CHAMP courses are an additional fee. Course attendance is not included with your conference registration.

The IAITAM 2008 Annual Conference & Exhibition has a very aggressive schedule of events over it's 3 day period.
The two days proceeding the conference starts with our industry leading training programs -
CSAM and CHAMP as well as the all new IBPL Advanced Training Courses.  The CITAM course follows the conference, October 20-24th.  For a complete list of Pre and Post Conference Training or to register, please visit our Knowledge Events Schedule

In addition to the all new IBPL Advanced Training Courses, the IAITAM 2008 Annual Conference & Exhibition has a few more activities that IAITAM is thrilled to share!  First, the Conference will kick off Tuesday evening, October 14th at 6:00pm with the Beach Bash where  IAITAM will treat you to entertainment and island cuisine that you are sure to remember for a lifetime. This relaxing night promises to be filled with music and networking while dining on the beach in preparation for the vigorous, education-packed days to follow.  This prelude of a steel drum band and warm Florida Gulf breezes will be the calm before the storm of information. Don't miss it!

IAITAM has also added another educational avenue for its conference attendees in 2008. IAITAM introduces the 2008 Vendor Walk!
For 6 years, the IAITAM Annual Conference has led the Asset Management industry by delivering real world educational tracks and networking events. Now take advantage of the market expertise of our Sponsors and Exhibitors who have implemented or enhanced existing ITAM programs through their products and services.  Listen to these industry leaders deliver an ITAM focused presentation so that you can hear first hand how they solve asset management program obstacles.

Each participating Sponsor or Exhibitor will make themselves available to Conference attendees during time slots designated either before, over the lunch hour or after the standard Conference hours Wednesday through Friday, October 15th - 17th.  After presentations are completed, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of the presenter in a non-confrontational atmosphere to reap the maximum benefit for their organization.

Stop back in July for the complete list of Vendor Walk participants and time slots.

Opt Out notice:

This year IAITAM is proud to give our Conference Attendees the option to Go Green. In an effort to take our part in being more conscious of being environmentally friendly, we are offering our attendees the opportunity to “opt out” of receiving the Conference Presentation book in print. Attendees will receive the Conference Program Book and all the Conference Speaker Presentations on CD at the conference. This will help to save paper, printing ink, fuel for transportation and the inconvenience of having to carry two books around during the Conference and for the trip back home.

IAITAM is constantly thinking of ways to improve the past. Not just with our Annual Conference but with the IT Asset Management industry as a whole. “Green” is now the buzz word heard world wide. Imagine what an example we, the ITAM community could set by each taking our part in making a little effort in being more “green”. It would not only impact our industry but the whole Earth!

If you would like to “Opt Out” please email IAITAM at econrad@iaitam.org before September 26thThank you for helping IAITAM take the initiative to being more “green”!
