The IT asset management professionals that have joined the association look to you and other Provider Members to help them understand and implement best practices.  The providers of tools and services have been instrumental in defining the role that IT asset management practices can play for the organization, regardless of size or industry.  By joining as a Provider Member you now have an enhanced opportunity to listen, respond to and further the profession. 

The focus of the IAITAM Provider Member program is to provide the following value to you and the profession: 

• Create a collegial environment where the expertise of your staff is shared;
• Broaden marketing exposure, in a neutral environment, for the targeted audience of IAITAM members and course attendees; and
• Further the development of the profession through the development of standards, terminology and best practices. 

Mindshare in this defined space can be gained by sharing knowledge as well as targeted marketing opportunities.  IAITAM will offer both opportunities to you, through the classroom, IAITAM’s website, joint web seminars, the ITAK magazine, the IAITAM annual conference and more.   

We encourage Provider Members to send staff to the certification classes as a means of providing further external validation, and as an opportunity to help build standards for best practices through contributions both in the classroom and continuing onward through the personal contacts made.  Provider Members may also choose to offer IAITAM training to their prospects and clients as a value-add and as a supplement to the training and services already being offered internally.
